2017 MAXI SILVER

Strategy+Style Marketing Group was honored by The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) with a U.S. MAXI Award marking the fourth consecutive year the firm’s strategic marketing programming has been recognized by the global organization.  

The firm was honored with a Silver MAXI award for its work on behalf of Vero Beach Outlets which effectively used behaviorally and geographically-targeted digital marketing platforms as part of a limited-time promotion designed to drive sales at a newly expanded Restoration Hardware Outlet store.

2016 MAXI GOLD

For the third year in a row Strategy+Style Marketing Group was honored by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) with a U.S. Gold MAXI Award. On behalf of Legends Outlets Kansas City (Kansas City, KS), its marketing strategy and campaign efforts proudly led to the successful conversion a temporary Coach Outlet pop-up store at the shopping destination. 

What’s more, Strategy+Style Marketing Group’s “Pop to Perm” initiative resulted in Legends Outlets Kansas City enjoying a significant, multi-million annual increase in its net operating income.

2015 US MAXI GOLD

Strategy+Style Marketing Group was awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) with a 2015 gold MAXI award for its innovative marketing work resulting in the global and iconic brand Nike leasing space for a new clearance store at The Shops at SkyView Center located in Flushing, Queens.

It’s “Just Lease It!  Attracting Nike Flash Mob Style” initiative, saw Strategy+Style Marketing Group successfully plan and execute a surprise Flash Mob to “wow” Nike leasing executives during an impromptu site visit with a choreographed dance performance.  The approach, which was executed within a mere 48-hour window, successfully kept the shopping center top of mind among Nike’s decision makers.

2014 US MAXI GOLD

NOI Enhancement Excellence
The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) has awarded Strategy+Style Marketing Group's brand positioning and marketing work in successfully securing a multi-million tax incentive on behalf of the Outlets of Mississippi with a 2014 gold MAXI Award during its annual RECon conference held May 18 at the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas.

Working in tandem with its client the Outlets of Mississippi, Strategy+Style Marketing Group’s efforts to strategically position the ground-up project to qualify for Mississippi’s Tourism Tax Rebate Program was touted a retail industry first. The initiative earned a gold MAXI award in the Net Operating Income (NOI) Enhancement category.
