The national competition, which highlights the retail real estate industry’s most innovative marketing events, programs and technologies that add value to shopping centers and retail companies, selected Strategy+Style Marketing Group for its innovative tenant-specific marketing approach in its Net Operating Income (NOI) Enhancement category.
Representing Legends Outlets Kansas City, a popular outlet shopping center featuring over 100 brand name stores located in the heart of Kansas City, Kan., Strategy+Style Marketing Group’s effective Pop to Perm marketing program successfully resulted in taking a temporary Coach Outlet store from “pop-up” status to a permanent store location.
Faced with challenges including a limited corporate marketing budget spend; the absence of local marketing activity planned by the tenant itself; and strict brand standards from which to design and create, Strategy+Style Marketing Group planned and executed a robust marketing effort which garnered unprecedented consumer traffic and sales figures throughout the store’s temporary lease period resulting in the brand becoming a permanent and lucrative fixture in the outlet center’s tenant line-up.
