As Clarion Partners continues to successfully reimagine and transform newly-acquired Essex Green Town Center (formerly known as Essex Green Shopping Center) located in West Orange, N.J., Strategy+Style Marketing Group has been chosen to lead its current consumer and business-to-business marketing activity charged with developing new center-wide branding for the 380,000 square foot asset.  In addition, the marketing firm will develop Clarion Partners’ arsenal of leasing tools including brochures, eblast communications and other collateral materials along with launch the shopping center’s new website at

Poised for a grand re-opening celebration later this year following the completion of extensive, property-wide redevelopment activity including architectural improvements, a new and dynamic signage program and the transformation of its pedestrian plaza, LBG Real Estate Companies’ The Village Medford Center (420,000 square feet) will work with Strategy+Style Marketing Group to lead its consumer marketing strategy, corresponding programming and execution.  Efforts for the Southern Oregon-based asset include establishing cohesive, center-wide branding; the development and execution of an annual consumer marketing plan; interactive/digital marketing, social media, public relations and tourism marketing.
